Archives for March 2012
Presence of past histories permeate our space through their absence.
Unlived lives are explored, re-imagined and re-presented.
This exhibition is informed by social geographies that map historical experiences
and of topographies which shape our social being. It explores the wilderness of
past and present, of art and theory, of word and image, to make forms that are
also at the beginning of a new significance.
When I lie where shades of darkness
Shall no more assail mine eyes,
Nor the rain make lamentation
When the wind sighs;
How will fare the world whose wonder
Was the very proof of me?
Memory fades, must the remembered
