Borders: From Kathmandu to Kerry and Beyond 2015 curated by Vera McEvoy
Borders l, ll and lll were a series of curated touring exhibitions. Exhibited in Kathmandu, Kerry and Laois during 2015. The works were exhibited in Kathmandu the week before the 1st earthquake in Nepal in 2015. Thus the Kerry and Laois exhibitions which followed were very poignant.
50 small scale (25cm x 25cm) unframed artworks were selected from 50 artists both national and international. The works are in a variety of medium, print, paint, and photography and the selected artists range from student artist to professional artists. The images below are from each of the exhibitions.
